Summer Workshop "Seasonal Affective: Commemorating Time, Place and Memory"

My work is strongly impacted by the seasons…light and color, plant and animal activity and my own experiences throughout the calendar year all influence my decisions as I sit down to make and decorate pots. Join me for an exploration of form and surface design with emphasis on creating a sense of time and place. Bring a sketchbook or shoebox of meaningful source material and be ready to distill these ideas into dynamic and colorful surface desings with both an individual and universal appeal.

This workshop is hosted by Alison Palmer Studio in Kent, CT. August 21 - 24. Please visit www.alisonpalmerstudio.com for more information and to register!
